Jobs can be accurately priced when we visit your property. In many instances, we can give you an estimate range over the phone. Handwritten estimates can be provided after we visit. Payment: Full payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards (MC/VISA/DISCOVER) and checks. Larger jobs may require a deposit.

For $39.95, we will visit a property to check:

• Property is secure against vandalism (check all doors and windows and other areas that could lead to unauthorized entry)

• Check gates, sheds, garage doors and any other outbuildings

• Check for evidence of unauthorized persons

• Make sure there is no unauthorized vehicle parking or storage of items

• See that no mail, papers, deliveries or other notices are accumulating

• See that landscaping is not overgrown or creating any hazardous condition

• Confirm property is free from trash or other random dumping

• Ensure your lawn sign and literature are still in tact

• Make sure the property is still in the condition you think it is in!
